St. Elizabeth Shelters and Supportive Housing this year is once again honored to be a recipient of the CRS Rice Bowl grant!

CRS Rice Bowl is the Lenten program of Catholic Relief Services, the official relief and development agency of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. Each year during lent approximately 14,000 parishes, schools and groups across the U.S. participate in Rice Bowl as a way to foster solidarity with the poor around the world.

All donations to CRS Rice Bowl go to support hunger and poverty alleviation efforts in the U.S. and around the world, of which 25% stays locally and is granted to local organizations such as our mission to end the cycle of homelessness, and 75% going to international hunger aid.

We encourage you to donate to CRS Rice Bowl during Lent 2020 to provide assistance to those around the world and in the community that are experiencing hunger and poverty. Thank you Catholic Relief Services! To learn more about CRS Rice Bowl please visit their website at www.crsricebowl.org
