Ways to Give Back
Please scroll all the way through and find the many ways which you can make a difference in our community and for those experiencing homelessness We assist Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico working hard for clients to end the cycle of homelessness and find them housing.
None of this which could be possible without the assistance of people like you. So to all our donors, thank you again for making a difference in so many lives!
Here are some examples of what your gift can do:
$1,000 provides one day's operating expenses for the Emergency Shelter.
$500 provides one week of food, shelter & service for a family at Casa Familia
$250 provides one week of housing and counseling for a homeless adult with disabilities
$100 provides one week of housing and supportive services for a homeless senior

Here are some of the items we provide consistently throughout the year:
Personal Hygeine Products: Shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, feminine hygeine, etc
Clothing: Warm socks, hats, jackets, pants, etc.
Food: Always in need of food.

Stocks
Donating appreciated stock is one of the easiest ways to give back. For more info or to donate stock please contact our Administrative offices.

Shopping
No cost to you when you shop at Amazon Smile or Smith's Food and Drugstores because they donate to our mission when you sign up. Getting started is easy. Click on the link above and sign in or create a login. Once you are signed in select St. Elizabeth Shelter in Santa Fe, NM as your non-profit . Shop for what you normally buy and these retailers will give a percentage to our mission.

Make a Difference Without Breaking the Bank
The Round Up App allows you to automatically donate the change from your credit or debit card transactions. Makes giving effortless. Once you create an account, you do not need to use the app while making a purchase. Just swipe your card as usual. Set a cap for the maximum amount you donate in a month. The Round Up App never has access to your credit card number. Stripe is used as the payment processor, the same company used by Amazon and 100,000 other companies.
CLOTHING
FOR A CAUSE
Direct your consignment dollars to a cause you care about.
Art.i.fact has teamed up with the Santa Fe Community Foundation (SFCF) to create Clothes for a Cause, a program that allows you to target your consignment dollars to areas of need in northern New Mexico. Since 1981, SFCF has been dedicated to supporting the development of healthy and prosperous communities in our region.
How it Works: You can direct 50% of the proceeds from your consignment sales to local causes you care about by choosing from one of SFCF’s current initiatives. When your consignment period ends, your contribution will be transferred to SFCF with a note on which initiative you wish your dollars to be applied. SFCF will provide you with a letter of acknowledgement for your tax records.
Alternatively, you may choose to earmark your dollars for one of the nonprofit organizations that have an agency endowment with SFCF. For a list, please visit www.santafecf.org/donors/agency-endowment-fund-list. We’ll send your consignment proceeds to SFCF, and they’ll take care of the rest.
