Renee Fox

A lifetime of passion for food led Chef Renée to a degree in Culinary Arts from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, an achievement of Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, and decades of experience at some incredible restaurants in Chicago and Santa Fe.

With a philosophy of dining as a convivial experience, feeding the soul as well as the appetite, comfort food became a natural focus. Creative modern versions of classic Southern and Midwestern dishes are prevalent on Arable’s menu.

You can see Chef Renee on Food Network, as a Chopped Finalist in 2016, Santa Fe Bite Club Champion 2019, and Arable’s feature on Diner’s Drive-in’s and Dive’s 2019.
